We initially book all repairs in for a diagnostics service. Once we receive your device our systems will notify you of its arrival. Any further information such as passwords may be requested. All repairs will be quoted before a repair is attempted. We estimate repairs are completed within 3-5 working days, during busy times this is subject to changes.
