What is the difference between our Value and Premium screens?


Both our VALE and PREMIUM screens come with 12 months warranty for your complete piece of mind.

VALUE:

Value screens are a great way to get your device repaired at the best possible price. The screen is fully tested and does come with 12 months warranty. With the value screen you may notice a slight difference in the colour gamut and the thickness of the screen when installed on to the phone.

PREMIUM:

Premium screens are an aftermarket screen built to the same specification as the original Apple screen. This is the best aftermarket screen available and includes a snug fit to the phone and no degradation in the colour gamut. As always comes with our 12 months warranty for complete piece of mind.

What does your 12 month warranty cover?


Our 12 month warranty covers all manufacturing faults with all repairs excluding consumables. Physical/accidental damage is not covered by our warranty. (this includes liquid damage)

Consumables include:- Batteries - as they are consumable components we only offer 30 days warranty as the performance of the battery is greatly effected by how the device is used and charging habits. 

How long does a repair take?


We usually aim to repair most devices same-day within the hour, however, repair timescales can differ depending on the device, location and type of repair.
